Our 6th annual BSC Charity Beach Volleyball Tournaments are back with a bang in 2023! We are focused 100% on employees of Business Services Centers in Poland, Hungary - and Romania!

New in 2023: Bucharest! - set for 15 June.

In 2023, we are rolling out across these top cities in Poland:
  • Budapest - 8 June
  • Bucharest - 15 June
  • Gdansk/Gdynia - 22 June
  • Wroclaw - 23 August
  • Warsaw - 31 August
  • Krakow- 6 September

BSCs/BPOs/IT Service Centres will compete against each for the top Trophies (1st, 2nd and 3rd place) and bragging rights for a full year.
In addition to being a bundle of fun, these Beach Volleyball tournaments provides a unique opportunity to socialize and exercise at the same time. Build pride among your BSC employees and encourage teamwork. After your Team competes, bring your colleagues for the After-Sports Party!

What types of companies can compete?
Participation in the Tournament is only open to GBSs/SSCs/BPOs/ITOs with operations in Poland. Our definition includes GBS/CoEs, Shared Service centers, captive R&D and IT operations, SoftDev/Digital firms, and BPO/Outsourcing operations.

We are limited to only 16 teams per City in 2023 - so this will be on a “first-come,first-served” basis. 

How many players per team? Each team consists of 7.   4 Players are playing at all times, and can be rotated in/out. 

Deadlines: Register not later than 15 May for the June events; and 30 June for the August events - or earlier if you want to be sure to confirm your Team's participation.


Charities:
We will support one Charity from each City -Tournament with a cash donation of 2,500euro in each city. Each Team - at the time of submitting your Team Reservation - will nominate its favorite Charity, with the Winner receiving Cash Donation for their chosen charity:

The time for talk is over! Top teams are known for their focus, discipline, support of all players, and drive to win. At our beach volleyball tournament, some of the world's best international companies will compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes. Join us!
The Tournament organizers will support 1 Charity in each city. Each team - at the time of team registration - will nominate its favorite charity, with the Winning Team to receive cash donations of 2500 euro for their select charity!
