12:30 - Registration of players
(Our professional Volleyball Tournament organizer will explain the rules, which will be "Round-Robbin" format. Each team will play 3 matches (2 losses means you do not move forward to the finals.)
13:00 - Group draw, explanation of rules
13:15 - Start of the tournament games
17:30 - Expected end of the tournament
18:00 After-Sports-Party begins and Open Bar
19:00 - Announcement of results and winning Charity
19:15 - 23:30 - Open Bar & Grill, DJ music and celebrations.

Team  Registration  and  Details

Attendance
We have a limited number of places at the tournament – the maximum number is 12 teams. Deadline for Team Registration is 31st August 2020, and is available on a first-come basis.  Only companies that operate SSCs/BPO/ITOs/R&D centers in Tricity are eligible to compete in tournament.

All Teams will play 3 games each (about 30-40 minutes each), in a Round-Robbin style.  

Logistics:
  • 12 teams of 7 people each (4 playing at all times; 3 in reserve; one woman must be playing at all times)
  • Trophies will be awarded to Companies/Teams for 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place. Also, individual Medals will be awarded to all TeamPlayers (5-7) in the Top 3 teams.
  • Additional Medals will be Awarded to:
    • Top Female Player
    • "Best Attitude" Player
  • Deadline for submission of your Team: By 31st July.
  • Tournament participation fee: 5,800pln per Team.
  • Only SSCs/BPOs/ITOS,etc can participate in the Tournament.

Non-players and colleagues are most welcome to join us. There is no admission fee and no need to register for those who come during the day for the tournament games.
To join the evening party each person is obliged to buy and wear an open bar Bracelet. Corporate Packages-of-10 Bracelets are 950pln (and must be reserved before 19 August). Individual bracelets are 80 pln. Bracelets will be distributed at the entrance to the venue. Open bar and Grill will be available from 18.00 to 22.30.
